We are looking for:
Operator C for our West Deptford location

 

We count on you for:

  • Ensure Syensqo safety and IH procedures are being implemented.
  • Safely operates VF2/Monomer and Waste Treatment Material Handling processes
  • in accordance with standard operating procedures and operating conditions manual.
  • Safely operate auxiliary systems (lime slaking, sludge de-watering, polymer addition, Groundwater treatment, waste pad)
  • Troubleshoot equipment for leaks and abnormalities
  • Perform accurate line up of process equipment, product and raw material transfers and samplings
  • Assist field operations as required.
  • Conduct in process quality analysis as required
  • Complete necessary equipment inspection in area of responsibility.
  • Complete all required operational and regulatory documentation as needed
  • Complete required process equipment reading documentation as required
  • Participate in safety meetings, JHA, HAZOPS and incident investigations
  • Prepare and maintain records in accordance with ISO 9001 and quality related plant safety certification requirements.
  • Prepare equipment for safe maintenance operations – compete safe work permits as required
  • Monitor and operate all Safety, Environmental and fire related equipment including monitoring equipment and alarms initiating emergency response notification as required
  • Ensure good housekeeping in assigned area
  • Properly clean equipment
  • Perform auxiliary duties as assigned by supervisor or management

You will bring:

  • High school diploma or GED. Chemical distillation experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Syensqo Operator certification
  • Hazwoper, RCRA & DOT certification
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Thoroughness

  • Computer technology

 

You will get:

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is  ($35.87 per hour). Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
