We are looking for:
Mission: To steer and manage the North America regional sales team and activity, covering a customer portfolio managed through the sales team for Tier1, wholesale market and be accountable for commercial results in terms of volume and contribution margin for all Oil & Gas Solutions business lines
We count on you for:
- Deployment of the the Oil & Gas Value Creation Plan (VCP) in the region; deliver sales and ICM targets as per budget / Mid Term Plan (MTP)
- Define a commercial strategy for the region with Tier 1/ Wholesale, Establish/maintain major customer relationships; Define channels to market / distribution strategy and contribute to purchasing strategies; Ensure regional promotional activities to support business development
- Implement Oil & Gas Solutions margin policies, and manage pricing and margin evolution
- Delivering on commercial KPIs including Sales and ICM Budgets, sales forecasts and cash targets
- Establish/maintain major customer relationships; drive global initiatives for Global Key Accounts via corporate headquarters with key decision makers
- Work closely with VP Commercial & BD to align on pricing, strategic initiatives and aligned execution across all routes to market
- Define distribution strategy and contribute to purchasing strategies
- Negotiate complex agreements to meet objectives
- Collaborate with R&I and market development teams to identify, select and manage new growth and innovation projects
- Lead Technical developments and strategies at key customers
- Pricing policies implementation
- Manage the team of Account Managers, allocate responsibilities to represent the business at Key Accounts, Critical Accounts and Distributors
- Ensure commercial and performance excellence best practices
- Cross functional collaboration, team effectiveness and performance
- Develop and grow talents in the commercial team
You will bring:
- Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline (chemistry, formulation, consumer markets), MBA preferred
- Minimum of five years as Business or Account Manager engaged in complex solution selling to Oil & Gas or related chemical sector
- Experience in Oil & Gas market is preferred
- Management experience is a plus
- Hunter / entrepreneurial spirit, driven by results
- Customer orientation, understanding customer and market needs and identifying innovative solutions is a key success factor for this position
- Team leadership and development (care & dare)
- Lead with purpose, heart and mind and coach people to their potential
- Track record of meeting/exceeding yearly targets
- Strong contract negotiation/closing skills
- Experience with product launch, development of 5 year strategic roadmap/operational marketing plan

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $160,000.00 to $220,000.00. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives
