We are looking for: 

• C&R Project Controller Junior 

We count on you for:

• Responsible for financial statements and reporting;
• Prepare the framework for the annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for each Global Business Unit;
• Provides updates on the Sales Incentive Plan in order to make an assessment of performance against the targets;
• Prepares and analyzes DCF models in conjunction with M&A, Industrial, and Strategy teams;
• Analyses, reports, and looks at what the projects have achieved compared to the business plan;
• Maintains clean project portfolio structure and ensures every project is capitalized, written off, or depreciated in due time, as per group guidelines;
• Perform profitability analysis and work with teams to ensure capital project investment decisions result in risk-adjusted ROI. 

You will bring: 

• Minimum of 5 years of Finance experience related to Industrial/manufacturing environment
• Undergraduate degree in business or Financial experience preferred
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft, Google Suite, and SAP
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams in a project environment
• Self-motivated and self-led
• Solid time management skills
• Approaches problem-solving in a methodical, logical manner

You will get:

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $90,000 to $113,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
