We are looking for:

An experienced maintenance coordinator
 

We count on you for:

  • Responsible for planning job packages for routine maintenance, maintaining SHE standards, and shutdown repair work.
  • Develop and maintain a workable weekly schedule based upon the requirements of the Production Department and the availability of maintenance resources.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance employees, as well as contractors and vendors to execute Capital Projects as necessary.
  • Own Site Storeroom and work with Contractor to improve inventory value and work practices.
  • Support advancement initiatives in the areas of Safety, Zero Defect, and Operations Improvement through utilization of a continuous improvement culture.
  • Plan maintenance jobs to assure correct labor skills, parts, and supplies are available when needed.
  • Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance job plans, as required in order to support achievement of site Key X’s for safety, quality and productivity.
  • Ensure team resources are available to execute plan.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedule and adjust, as necessary.
  • Develop and Alter preventive maintenance plans.
  • Maintain and manage critical equipment records.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the maintenance planning process.
  • Provide Back Up coverage for the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Within six (6) months of employment, complete various training for regulatory requirements and hazardous waste management procedures relevant to this position, and complete any required refresher training thereafter. This position may further include responding to emergencies, requiring familiarization with emergency procedures, emergency equipment, and emergency systems. You will bring:

  • Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience / Training
  • Previous supervisory or maintenance planning experience.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Requires regular, dependable attendance.

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is between 75,760 113,000 annually.  Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
