We are looking for:
The I&E Maintenance Supervisor Provides leadership and oversight to a crew of hourly I&E maintenance technicians within a 24- hour, 7-day manufacturing environment. Schedules resources to accomplish the work in a safe, timely, quality conscious, efficient & cost-effective manner.

- Requisitions, schedules, and provides field oversight of resources, outside contractors, and suppliers of maintenance services performing work at the site.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track, document, and analyze maintenance work, ensuring accurate records and data-driven decision-making. SAP PM experience strongly preferred
- Collaborates with the Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Coordinators and Reliability Engineers to ensure work orders and resources are prioritized to meet the needs of the site.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex mechanical issues and minimize downtime. Improves the work crew's understanding of equipment maintenance and strengthens their decision-making skills.
- Prepares, communicates, and maintains written records of employee performance, time, & attendance.
- Facilitates safety awareness & training initiatives (confined space entry, lock-out tag-out, hot work, line break as well as other structured safety programs.
- Uphold and enforce all plant safety standards, policies, and procedures. Act as a safety champion, ensuring daily compliance with safe work practices and fostering a culture of safety.
- Troubleshoots quality and process problems in collaboration with production supervisors and engineers
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the maintenance department and the organization.

You will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred)
- Successful candidates will have 5 years of I&E maintenance supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience in the I&E maintenance of machinery and process equipment is essential to the role. Examples of equipment include control valves, level and pressure devices, PLC control systems, DCS control systems, variable frequency drives, motor controls, 480 volt power distribution.
- Expertise in interpreting electrical and instrumentation system drawings, and technical manuals
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, communication, customer focus, and the ability to train others in the use of tools & procedures related to mechanical maintenance activities.

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,960 to $118,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
