About the role

  • Our Deer Park site is composed of over 55 people, is and focuses on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • As a Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the Deer Park site, by providing a wide range of administrative and technical services that ensure operational excellence. Beyond logistics and SAP management, you will act as a brand ambassador and communications liaison, driving site culture through strategic event planning and stakeholder coordination to maintain a professional, audit-ready, and highly engaged workplace.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, and procurement of PPE and supplies.
    • Manage purchase requisitions, maintenance notifications, and inventory updates via SAP.
    • Maintain digital records, SOPs, and certifications to ensure audit readiness.
    • Coordinate site-wide updates and act as a liaison for corporate initiatives.
    • Manage vendor relations, visitor logistics, and execute corporate engagement events.

 We offer a permanent position (5 days per week, 8 hours per day, onsite) working mode

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration or Human Resources.
  • 5+ years in an administrative position
  • Competencies:
    • Ability to work effectively with relevant computer software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SAP, Aspen Process Explorer, and SRM7.
    • Knowledge of document control policies and record retention.
    • Manage multiple tasks independently while solving complex problems in non-standardized environments.
  • Behaviors:
    • Complete tasks with precision and professionalism within established deadlines.
    • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with site team members and external partners.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

 

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the USA base pay reasonably expected for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 yearly, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
