Job Overview and Responsibilities
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

The incumbent will deliver benefit administration services according to the service catalog:
Key Responsibilities :
Under the guidance of the Payroll Regional/Country Lead, he/she will perform following tasks:
- Lead the administration of health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA, HSA, and wellness initiatives in conjunction with third party administrator
- Review contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other relevant federal and state regulations.
- Lead Annual Enrollment process and strategy
- Manage the company's retirement plans, including 401(k), pension, and other defined contribution and benefit plans.
- Review and administer local policy updates in conduction with peers
- Partner with financial and legal advisors to ensure retirement plans are compliant, cost-effective, and competitive.
- Ensure all benefits and compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain required documentation and records, including reporting for regulatory compliance and audits.
- Supervise a team of benefits analysts and administrators, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of all benefit processes and strategies
- Manage system structure and coding for project implementations and enhancements with third party
- Manage Retirement Audits and Mandatory Report Filing
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, focused on delivering exceptional employee support and experience.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, ...or similar.
- Experience in Benefit Administration and Retirement
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of IT Tools (Word, Excel, ...), knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Being a team leader who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and good time management
- Being curious and eager to improve his/her own knowledge
- Proactive and autonomous working style
