We are looking for:

A Shift Supervisor for Havre de Grace, MD.

We can count on you to:

• Lead your team to meet the objectives of the site in Operations. 
• Following the Schedule to produce quality products for our customers. 
• Handling any and all staffing shortages, discipline, overtime, Kronos and achievements. 
• Responsible for the overall safety on shift of all employees. 
• Deploys Maintenance Requests and works to mitigate operation error.
•  Ensure all reporting of data, settings and parameters are complete. 
• Knowledge of business systems and reporting tools.

You will bring:

• AA Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 Years) in Manufacuturing. 
• Experience in working in a Union enviroment preferred.
• Experience in Leadership of a team is preferred.
• Attention to Details, Fair minded, Reasonable and firm approach to meeting the shift objectives and setting up the next shift for success.

You will get:

• Competitive salary and benefits package.

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $78,000 - 98,000/annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
