We count on you for: 

  • Scan and review production work orders. Compare consumption in SFI/Baan with production records and identify any discrepancies.
  • Communicate errors to Shift Team Leaders for timely review with those involved and to Logistics Specialists for correction/validation. Log errors identified for tracking.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies to identify root cause and work with department leaders on corrective actions.
  • Timely closure of production work orders.
  • Manage cycle counts and process adjustments as needed for completion.
  • Make inventory adjustments in enterprise resource program (ERP) program.
  • Track and investigate raw material consumption.
  • Provide weekly update on performance of work order consumption accuracy.
  • Manage the product review board (PRB) process. Track and manage the disposal/rework of off-grade materials and the extension/disposal of aged materials.
  • Assist with Work Cell coordination activity, including verifying materials are available for upcoming production campaigns, weekly schedule hand-off, work order closure, etc.
  • Review production employee time/payroll system accuracy.

You will bring:

  • High School diploma 
  • 1-5 years of inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP is a must
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and offer solutions to complex inventory issues or involve the necessary people to ensure proper resolution is required
  • Strong capabilities with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are preferred

 

 

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $78,800 to $98,500 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
