We are looking for:

The Training Coordinator will communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training
programs.

 

We count on you for:

  • Develops training plans for organization changes in line with business needs
  • Assesses training needs by department and individual
  • Aligns resources to ensure training is accomplished
  • Presents training topics to all levels within the organization
  • Assist department leaders in defining positions relative to the tasks, skills and knowledge required for each
  • Helps standardize progressions paths and wage rates for hourly growth, Provides certification criteria and tracking process for all process and lab positions.
  • Identifies for purchase training media ensuring they are effective
  • Assists in the development of operating procedures) for employee training; ensures procedures are effective and format standardized in line with best practices.
  • Assesses the availability of outside training and funding sources; coordinates the effort to secure funds and coordinates the execution of programs pursuant to such funding
  • Develops the training skills of personnel to facilitate training; provides “train-the-trainer” type instruction, coaching, and training
  • Coordinates Training documentation requirements

You will bring: 

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
  • Experience in training and design preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

 

Preferred skills

  • Solid organization and planning skills
  • Self-starting with strong work ethic
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to present.
  • Business writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop interactive training programs
  • Ability to utilize multiple media platforms for training facilitation

 

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $55,000 - 60,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
