We are looking for:
A Store Room Coordinator in Greenville, TX.
We can count on you to:
- Log new material information on SAP
- Identify planned Work orders that need material preparation/kitting
- Change WO status to GS15 - Parts Available/Kitted)
- Cycle count periodically the inventory on the warehouse
- Buy Maintenance Spare parts and supplies as needed, MRP.
- Receive part
- Create new parts, locations, stock levels, and print labels
- Support Maintenance Supervisor in preparation of parts (P0+P1))
- Manage and coordinate Purchase Orders
- Procure site Contractors
- Send, track, and receive repairable materials (onsite and off-site repairs)
- Manage/Optimize inventory levels (overstock, slow, inactive, dead) through use of 10-Box methodology
- Ensure housekeeping (5S) in storeroom areas
- Build BOMs as new parts are procured
- Track and trace inbound materials
- Ensure prompt availability of material request for maintenance execution
- Ensures maintenance kitting process is in place
- Key Role for the maintenance organization, it is a crucial step for planning as well as execution avoiding unnecessary lost time due to material/spares availability

You wll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 - 5 years related experience in a manfacturing environment.
- Maintenance experience preferred.
- Safety in everything you do

- Capital Inventory on Store/Warehouse
- Correct Levels of inventory (Over-max, critical spare minimums)
Intrinsic Skills
- Able to communicate between planner and scheduler
- Able to give feedback in a continuous improvement spirit
- Well organized and disciplined follow up on improvement methodologies
Technical Skills
- Inventory Management
- SAP Usage
- Equipment / Spares knowledge
- PO Creation/Management

Competitive salary and benefits package.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $78,000 - 88,000/annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
