We are looking for :
A Global Weaving Planner for the Greenville, TX location. This role is a strategic role where you will develop and validate a feasible weaving production plan for internal fabric manufacturing which aligns with global demand.
We can count on you to:
- Publish and perform root cause analysis on key metrics including inventory to plan and master schedule stability.
- Executes the make vs buy decisions to utilize outside weaving. Outputs are report monthly in the Fiber Fabric Supply Review.
- Must interact closely with key stakeholders in customer service, sales, planning, and manufacturing personnel to balance supply and demand.
- The role mainly works with Aerospace business line but supporting Industrial business line insourcing is a key for this role.
- Daily review and optimization of planning schedules taking into account operational and material changes along with business requirement/needs.
- Lead production planning execution of carbon fabric including external weavers.
- Aggregate GBU demand streams for the purposes of developing capacity / supply plans.
- Create, adjust and maintain TX weave shop production plan.
- Create intercompany STO’s for carbon fabric.
- Develop a rolling 12 month schedule aligned with resources to projected demand, identify barriers / constraint and make recommendations for resolving gaps in OTIF, period costs, and working capital targets.
- Interact with GBU sites of Texas, Anaheim, China, and Heanor
- This role does include some travel to support activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree required; major in supply chain or logistics preferred
- APICS Certification is a plus
- 3+ years manufacturing planning including material and supply planning required
- Experience using a planning related modules in and ERP system and strong Excel skills required.
Skills:
- Must have an excellent understanding of MRP concepts and principals
- Highly developed problem solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in order to ensure efficient communication exchange with all departments at all levels and suppliers. Demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Capable of understanding manufacturing processes and their interdependencies.
- Ability to Speak English a requirement

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,000 - 118,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
