About the role

 

Our Warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are available to support safe and reliable operations across our Green River site.

 

As a Storekeeper, you will perform warehouse activities including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting maintenance and operations teams. In this role, you will work closely with Buyers, Vendors, Planners, Foremen, and Operations personnel to ensure materials are properly received, stocked, and available when needed. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively manage inventory and warehouse processes in a dynamic industrial environment.

 

You will be accountable for:

 

    • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, parts, and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures
    • Prepare outbound shipments, coordinate freight pickups, and generate shipping documentation including bills of lading
    • Support maintenance and operations teams by pulling materials, building kits for work orders, and tracking delivery status of ordered parts
    • Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions, cycle counts, audits, and routine reconciliation activities
    • Operate material handling equipment safely while maintaining warehouse organization, housekeeping standards, and compliance with site safety requirements

 

We offer at-will employment based in Green River, Wyoming. work a 4/10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday, or rotation thereof) on day shift only.

 

 

About you

 

High School diploma and experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, logistics, or a related field.

 

Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, and other material handling equipment in an industrial environment is desirable.

 

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to utilize inventory management systems, maintain accurate records, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

About the pay

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $73,028-$86,860 per year in the United States.

 

 Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
