About the role
Our Local Human Resources team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department.
As a Site Human Resource Partner, you will act as a local business partner, collaborating with site management, global business units, and the global HR team. You will be responsible for implementing our People and Capabilities strategy while partnering closely with site and function leaders. You will get the opportunity to have a positive impact on the Soda Ash and Derivatives Business Unit.
- You will be accountable for:
- HR Leadership: Driving key people initiatives aligned with global HR strategy and fostering a culture of open communication.
- Business Partnership: Serving as a trusted advisor to site leadership and empowering managers to lead their teams effectively.
- Talent & Culture: Leading the deployment of development programs, addressing talent gaps, and impacting the DE&I roadmap.
- Labor Relations: Managing employee relations within the assigned perimeter and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Performance Management: Managing HR performance through project management and key KPIs (costs, data, org design).
We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business field strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR-related role including labor relations (union).
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

- Proven experience and knowledge in handling employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Mail, and Google Drive.

- Great personality and can communicate effectively while maintaining good leadership skills and self-motivation.
- Proficient using computers and other smart tools for work.
About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the USA base pay reasonably expected for this role is $87,000 to $98,000 yearly, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
