About the role
Our Maintenance team supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our Green River, Wyoming soda ash facility.
As a Maintenance Instrumentation & Electrical Mechanic B, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing instrumentation and electrical systems that are critical to plant operations. In this role, you will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure the continuous performance of electrical distribution and process control systems. You will play an important role in diagnosing equipment issues, implementing corrective actions, and supporting operational excellence across the site. You will be accountable for:
- Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation and electrical equipment across surface production facilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues to support safe and continuous operations
- Perform maintenance on power distribution systems, motors, transformers, switchgear, and control devices
- Assist with training and development of team members on instrumentation and electrical maintenance activities
- Support safety initiatives, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement efforts across the site

About you
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of five years of industrial power and control experience is required, along with a current Wyoming Electrical Journeyman License.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, process instrumentation, motor controls, and troubleshooting of power and control systems is essential. An Instrumentation and Electrical Certificate or Degree is preferred.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $51.00-$52.44 per hour in the United States. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
