About the role

 

Our Logistics team plays a critical role in supporting the efficient movement of finished goods, raw materials, and inventory throughout the Green River operation.

 

As a Logistics Assistant, you will coordinate shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support reporting activities that help ensure reliable product delivery and operational performance. In this role, you will work closely with Customer Account Representatives (CARs), Production, Logistics, Security, carriers, and drivers to manage shipments, resolve issues, and support accurate inventory and accounting processes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day logistics activities and broader operational reporting initiatives that support plant performance and customer satisfaction.

 

You will be accountable for:

 

    • Coordinate finished goods shipments and related logistics activities while ensuring accurate shipment processing in SAP
    • Monitor inventory levels, reconcile physical counts to system records, and maintain inventory accuracy across raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods
    • Prepare shipping documentation, loading instructions, and bills of lading to support efficient product movement
    • Collaborate with dispatchers, site personnel, and customer account representatives to prioritize shipments and resolve delivery issues
    • Generate reports, reconcile production and inventory transactions, and support cost management and monthly reporting activities

 

We offer at-will employment based in Green River, Wyoming. Some weekend coverage may be required based on business needs.

 

 

About you

 

Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of four years of relevant experience in payroll, accounting, shipping/receiving, warehousing, logistics, or related functions.

 

Experience using SAP and Microsoft Windows-based software is required.

 

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively across multiple departments.

About the pay

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $72,500-$99,000 per year in the United States.

 

 Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
