We are looking for:

Syensqo is looking for a store administrator to manage inventories to meet established working capital targets.

 

We count on you for:

  • Manage stores inventory valued at ~ $10 million.
  • Report monthly to Leadership Team.
  • Work with Maintenance, engineers and Ops managers to review new parts and obsolescence lists.
  • Work with engineers and operations to establish consignment items and ongoing stock control
  • Organize meetings with the unit engineers, planner, mechanics and operators on recurring issues
  • Supervise and train personnel assigned to Stores
  • GR process
  • Cycle counts
  • Inventory stocking on shelves
  • Interns as available
  • Create/Maintain Stores inventory structure and processes
  • Initiate and lead kaizens to improve site processes
  • Maintain barcoding for cycle count inventory management
  • Establish and enforce the PMI process (positive material identification prior to placing on shelf)
  • Establish and enforce the repairable parts process
  • Ensure parts are processed and restocked in a timely manner, including:
  • Using MRP reordering, order confirmation, tracking and expediting
  • Adjusting safety stock levels and order quantities
  • Work with Maintenance, engineers and operations to assign all parts to
  • BOM’s subassemblies and assemblies.
  • Set up all parts under contract in SAP
  • Manage the new stock authorization process
  • Prepare approvals for Leadership Team.
  • Properly code new entries and set up in SAP

You will bring:

  • Associate Degree
  • At Least 5 years of SAP
  • At least 5 years of shipping & receiving experience

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is  (75,000 to 90,000 annually). Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
