We are looking for:

The Stock Keeper is responsible for operating equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and to store, package, Kit, prepare materials for Shipment and transport within approved specifications and quality. Performs all Stock Keeper's functions fully and independently with minimal supervision.

 

We count on you for: 

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Industrial Lift Truck: Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift (both straddle and
  • counter balance) driver's license.
  • Shipping: Pull materials/finished goods from the freezers and prepare them for shipment, filling boxes with dry ice, review/verify all the related paperwork, labels and all shipping documents vs. company as well as customer and regulatory requirements and loading of trucks. Perform material put-aways.
  • Receiving: Unload trucks and received all materials. Complete material put-aways per storage requirements.
  • Production Support: Issue and return materials to and from productions areas as requested, understand/use ERP system to complete move transactions. Understand/use
  • Warehouse scanner for material move transactions/locating.
  • Kitting: Prepare and deliver Kits per Mixhouse/Millroom schedule. Up-date schedule board and shared Excel file to reflect completed Kits.
  • Cycle Count: Perform and investigate cycle counts per written procedures.
  • Hazardous Waste Management: Transport Hazardous Waste to designated storage area.
  • Verify containers are clean (from outside) and free of hazardous debris, proper labels have been placed and completely filled, all lids and locking mechanism are secured per manufactures instructions. Segregate and store containers per work instructions.
  • Assist: Warehouse Inspector Specialist II tasks as requested.
  • Ensure all work is to be performed in accordance with the Responsible Care EMS -
  • Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
    • 1. Intervene and take appropriate actions on any non-conformance, possible  conformance, or concerns affecting 1) compliance with any known legal, regulatory or company requirement, 2) Safety, Health, Environment & Security (HSE&S) policies, procedures, or other management system requirements, and/or 3) expectations or needs of other interested parties, and communicate it using the appropriate company process.
    • 2. Ensure the HSE&S, Responsible Care management Systems requirements are integrated into their organization's business structure and processes and achieve intended outcomes.
    • 3. Promote an observable culture of process safety, product safety/stewardship and customer service within their organizational control.
    • 4. When requested, participate in the development, communication, and implementation of HSE&S and Responsible Care programs.
    • 5. Communicate and follow up as required on any HSE&S concerns, incidents, near misses, or opportunities for improvement using the appropriate company process.
    • 6. When requested, lead, participate and/or provide resources for Employee Safety Committee (ASC), Safety Meetings, Incident/Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Startup Review (PSSR), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and other related HSE&S, process safety, and customer service activities.
  • Must follow all MSOP & Plant Safety Rules. Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). PPE required in this area are KEVLAR GLOVES, LATEX GLOVES, FULL FACE RESPIRATOR, HALF FACE RESPIRATOR, DUST MASKS, & EAR PLUGS. TYVEK Suits are also available for PROTECTION.
