QA Pharmacist (F/M/X)

About the role

Our Quality Unit team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the Quality department and focuses on maintaining the highest compliance standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a QA Pharmacist, you will work on quality issue investigation, batch release, and NCR/CAPA management to support manufacturing operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and have a positive impact on product safety and efficacy. You will be accountable for:

• Managing quality management system e.g. Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and complaints
• Conducting in-process quality control and overseeing equipment calibration and validation activities.
• Executing batch record reviews and managing final batch releases.
• Providing regulatory support and ensuring strict adherence to PIC/S GMP standards.
• Upholding data integrity principles across all quality documentation and systems.

We offer a permanent contract based on an onsite working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Pharmacy (Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences). Relevant work experience of 1-3 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP quality environment. Pharmacist License is a must.

Competencies:

• Strong foundational knowledge of PIC/S GMP and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and quality risk management.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes including calibration, and validation.

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

• THB 37,534 - THB 46,917 per month in Rayong, Thailand

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
