Operation and Maintenance Superintendent (F/M/X)

​About the role

  • Our Operation team, composed of 8 people, is integrated in the Maintenance Production and Warehouse department and focuses on Maintenance Planning, Plant reliability, Cost, Safety in collaboration with Operations Team.

  • As an Operations and Maintenance superintendent, you will work on Routine Maintenance Management, Plant Reliability Improvement, and Maintenance Cost Optimization to support Operation. You will get the opportunity to contribute to enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and have a positive impact on operational efficiency and cost savings.

  • You will be accountable for: 

    • Consolidate Routine Maintenance (Work Order Management Process), check the quality of the information entered in the SAP system and support its improvement by providing continuous coaching.

    • OEE: Track the overall and internal OEE (not limited to the maintenance losses) and lead the root cause analysis.

    • Lead the plant's continuous improvement with the lean methodology, Manufacturing Excellence. Implement, train and coach sites on Failure Analysis Tools/ processes.

    • Manage contracted-out work for Reliability Improvement, Performance management and promote a performance dialogue (Integration between production and maintenance).

    • Capex management, Implement/Maintain Process Safety management and Quality management systems.

  • We offer a permanent contract based on an onsite working mode.

 

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in a Bachelor's education degree.

  • Relevant work experience 0~3 Years in the Chemical plant is preferred, English should be in the professional working proficiency

  • Competencies:

    • Good analytical skills - Ability to data sets and comfortable.

    • Demonstrated planning and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Must have the ability to lead and motivate teams.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand monthly base pay reasonably expected for this role is 35,188 to 56,560 THB, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
