Maintenance Planner (F/M/X)

About the role

The maintenance planning is integrated into maintenance department and focuses on corrective & preventive maintenance planning and schedule optimization in collaboration with operations.

As a Maintenance Planner, you will work on maintenance scheduling , job preparation , and resource coordination to support safe and efficient plant operation. You will get the opportunity to contribute to reliability improvement initiatives and have a positive impact on plant performance.

You will be accountable for ;

• Developing and maintaining preventive maintenance plans in SAP.

• Coordinating with Operations and Contractors for work execution readiness.

• Reviewing job plans, ensuring spare parts and permits are available before execution.

• Tracking maintenance KPIs such as schedule adherence, backlog and wrench time.

• Supporting turnaround (TAR) and shutdown planning when required.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome OR 1-3 years of experience in maintenance , reliability , or planning roles in a chemical or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Competencies:

• Technical Understanding : Basic knowledge of rotating /static equipment , preventive maintenance , and work execution processes.

• Planning &Organization : Ability to prioritize tasks , prepare maintenance plans, and follow up execution status.

• Digital Skill : Comfortable with Excel, MS Project or Digital Maintenance Tools ( SAP, Neptune, etc).

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is THB 37,534 - 46,917.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
