We are looking for:
A Mines Manager to drive sustainable growth and innovation in the Eurasia region by leading new mine projects and strengthening customer relationships as part of the Mineral Processing and New Mines Projects team at Syensqo.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with mining companies, Met Labs, and engineering firms.
• Planning and conducting test work and plant trials, ensuring timely reporting.
• Delivering technical support to expand Mineral Processing sales.
• Researching and tracking new and ongoing mining projects.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and Syensqo policies.

You will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Chemistry.
• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong lab skills for testing and a problem-solving mindset.
• A customer-focused approach with technical and commercial acumen.
