직무 소개

전담 전문가들로 구성된 당사 제조팀은 생산부 산하에 통합되어 QHSE(품질, 보건, 안전, 환경) 규정에 따라 제조 공정을 수행하며 고객 요구사항을 충족하거나 초과 달성하는 데 집중합니다. 생산 오퍼레이터로서 안전한 작업 운영 보장, 공정 안전 관리 규정 준수 유지, 생산 일정 준수 업무를 수행하여 당사 운영 우수성을 지원하게 됩니다. 지속적인 개선 활동에 기여하고 전반적인 운영 효율성과 안전 기준에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 기회를 갖게 됩니다. 귀하는 다음 사항에 대한 책임을 지게 됩니다:

• HSE 규정 및 회사 정책 준수 확보

• 할당 구역 내 일상 업무 흐름 관리

• 공장 품질 관리 시스템 운영 지원 및 관련 품질 기준 준수 지원

• 배정된 사고 조사 업무 수행 및 HSE 사고 조치 사항 기한 내 이행

• 현장 장비 모니터링, 화학 공정이 허용 관리 기준 범위 내 유지되도록 시정 조치 실시

교대 근무 방식의 기간제 계약을 제공합니다.

당신에 대해

고등학교 졸업증 또는 검정고시(GED) 동등 학력 이상의 관련 학력 소지자. 산업 운영 또는 관련 분야의 실무 경험 보유자.

• 역량 :
  • HSE 규정 및 준수 요건에 대한 깊은 이해
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, Aspen Process Explorer 등 관련 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 활용 능력. 당사 제품과 관련된 포장 자재 및 그 특성에 대한 전문 지식
  • 배관 구성 및 밸브 계통을 포함한 공정 기본 원리를 이해하고 관리할 수 있는 능력. 생산 및 품질 관리 관련 계산을 위한 우수한 수학 능력
