역할에 대하여

약 40명(정규직 및 계약직)으로 구성된 제조운영팀은 생산부서에 통합되어 DOT 및 QHSE(품질, 보건, 안전, 환경) 규정을 준수하며 제조업무와 완제품 가공 실행에 집중하고 있습니다.

생산 운영자로서 귀하는 안전하고 효율적인 운영 보장, 규정 준수 유지, 고객 요구사항 충족 업무를 수행하여 당사 생산 목표를 지원하게 됩니다. 귀하는 공정의 지속적인 개선에 기여하고 운영 우수성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 기회를 얻게 됩니다. 귀하는 다음에 대한 책임을 지게 됩니다:

• DOT 규정 및 공정안전관리(PSM) 요구사항 준수 보장
• 생산 일정 및 품질 기준 충족을 위한 일상 운영 관리
• 공정 화학 상태 및 장비 모니터링과 유지보수
• 안전한 작업 환경 확보를 위한 내부 HSE 감사 및 점검 실시
• 우수 프로그램 실행 지원 및 지속적 개선 활동 촉진X

우리는 교대근무 모드를 기반으로 5개월 고정기간 계약을 제공합니다.

당신에 대해

고등학교 졸업증 또는 동등한 일반학력(GED) 관련 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 학위. 산업 운영 또는 관련 분야 관련 업무 경험은 우대사항이며 필수는 아닙니다.

역량:

• DOT 규정 및 공정안전관리(PSM) 요구사항에 대한 깊은 이해
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SAP, Aspen Process Explorer 등 관련 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 활용 능력
• 육체 노동 수행 및 고소 장비 취급 가능 능력. 배합 및 철도탱크차 중량 관련 계산을 위한 뛰어난 수학 능력. 스트레스 상황에서 양호한 판단력과 신속한 의사결정 능력

급여에 관하여

모두를 위한 매력적이고 공정한 보상: 보상은 귀하의 역할 개발을 촉진할 수 있는 범위 내에서 설정됩니다. 이 직책의 예상 기본 급여는 ₩ 30,000,000 ~ ₩32,000,000 원입니다.

귀하의 최종 급여는 보유하신 기술 및 경험에 따라 더 높거나 낮을 수 있습니다. 또한 우리는 보너스 및/또는 기타 인센티브를 포함하는 경쟁력 있는 총 보상 패키지를 제공합니다.
