About the role
Our Talent & Pay team, composed of 10 people, is integrated in the People Services & Data department within the Human Resources Service Line of Solvay’s Global Business Services and focuses on providing operational support to all Solvay employees in collaboration with HR representatives and stakeholders.
As a Talent & Pay Services Associate, you will work on Learning, Compensation, Performance and Payroll & Time processes to support the HR community of Solvay. You will get the opportunity to contribute to HR processes and have a positive impact on HR Data maintenance. You will be accountable for:
- Keep updated documentation for internal and external use
- Continuously Improve HR processes
- Analyze and solve non complex issues
- Update databases with information provided by internal customers
- Validate the accuracy of data and confirm access permissions for the information received
- Follow up, collaborate and communicate with HR peers and stakeholders to ensure employee’s satisfaction
We offer a fixed-term (12 months) renewable contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human Resources and/ or similar work experience.

- HR Know-How: You've got a solid grasp of general HR topics and you're keen to really dig into areas that are in scope to our team.
- Sharp Thinker: You're great at looking at data, spotting patterns, and tackling tough problems head-on.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain things really well, both in writing and when you're talking, which is key for working with all sorts of people.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 17000 - € 22000 per year in Portugal.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
