Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities.  We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation. We are currently looking for a Service Catalog Product Owner for all service catalogs in the GBS scope, on the BMC Helix Business Workflows (BWF) solution.

We are looking for a Global Service Performance & Demand Manager for all services in the GBS scope.

This position will work in close collaboration with the Service Lines Performance & Compliance Specialists.

Key Responsibilities :

Demand Management:

• The Demand Manager is responsible for understanding, anticipating and influencing customer demand for services. The Demand Manager works with capacity management to ensure that the service provider has sufficient capacity to meet the required demand.

• Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all Demand-related tasks;

• Collaborates with the GBS Service Owners and GBS Service Lines Management team to define the right level of service

• Collect and analyse feedback/complaint and propose associated action plan

• Participates in special projects as required;

• Provides reports and dashboards to provide transparency into demand backlog, trends, and current pipeline

• Reports to and consults with GBS management, as needed, to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth

Performance Management & Reporting

• KPI definition, measurement, follow-up & analysis

• Participate in the annual target settings in terms of KPI/OPI in line with the ambition for standardization, automation and compliance

• Organize and manage a monthly/quarterly performance review

• Build and contribute to standard report to reinforce performance and compliance

• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all relevant internal and external Stakeholders

Staff Management

• Set priorities and/or plan work for a weekly or daily schedule

• Ensure that team output is in line with applicable delivery indicators, quality, deadlines, cost and work in line with group standards (e.g. Health and Safety)

• Organize and assess work of the team

• Ensure team member development and career progression

• Inform, train, motivate, coach all team members to facilitate their growth

• Promote spirit of accountability, speak up to act as problem solver

• Ensure business continuity and backups are in place

• Ensure or perform training activities (ex: onboarding of new employees in the team)

Education and Experience:

• Master degree in the relevant domain

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant domain, preferably in manufacturing environment

• Experience in Team Management

Must-have skills:

Service driven mindset and ability to be agile

Ability to connect people and connect with people

Good communication (ex: clear communication plan)

Proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day to day organization

Customer-orientated with good level of problem solving skills

Understand BMC Helix modules (DWP / BWF / ITSM) or similar tool

Jira tool knowledge - nice to have
