About the role

  • Our Digital Technology HR team, as part of the Enterprise Business Systems Platform, is accountable to maintain, solve and evolve HR Technologies with a strong focus on SuccessFactors suite, supporting Solvay Company worldwide.
  • Reporting to the DT HR Payroll, Time & Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for the technical solutions supporting our Rewards processes, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors. You will get the opportunity to collaborate within a very dynamic team & highly specialized in SuccessFactors & HR Applications, but also with Business stakeholders in the Human Resources Function as well as global and local Payroll teams.
  • The SuccessFactors Rewards Specialist will maintain and configure SuccessFactors features and modules which support Solvay’s global processes and policies for Compensation, Benefits and Rewards.
  • You will be accountable for: 

    • Analysing and implementing evolutions by collaborating with the HR Corporate Rewards team, creating prototypes, proposing solutions, and preparing change requests.
    • Prepare specifications, including change requests with functional and technical solutions, and workload estimations.
    • Implement and test evolutions, prepare test scripts, and implement corrective actions.
    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement post-UAT corrective actions 
    • Manage configuration transport and cutover from testing to production environment
    • Maintain technical documentation updated
    • Coordinate all corrective and evolutive maintenance
    • Prepare and present SAP releases and evolution proposals to the HR Corporate Rewards team
  • We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working model.

 

About you

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in configuration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, with SAP SF Certification.
  • Competencies:
    • Functional Knowledge in Payroll or Rewards
    • Fluency in English (written and oral)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Behaviours:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is 46,000€ to 58,000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
