About the role
- Our End-User Services team is integrated in the Digital Technology (DT) department.
- As a SIAM Manager, you will ensure the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of the organization’s service delivery ecosystem by managing relationships between multiple service providers and aligning their services with business objectives.
- You will be accountable for:
- Developing and implementing the SIAM framework to ensure seamless integration of multiple service providers.
- Coordinating service delivery across internal and external providers to meet organizational objectives, including complex project delivery as well as complex support incidents.
- Ensuring compliance of multiple service providers with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards.
- Resolving complex conflicts between service providers, including during incident resolution.
- Collaborating with DT CoEs, business/functional stakeholders, as well as external IT service providers to align service delivery with business needs, including specific future demand.
- Identifying service integration risk, including external service provider conflicts and degradation of service levels.
- Leading governance processes, including regular reviews and audits of service performance.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
- We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Relevant work experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM), IT Service Delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM) or Vendor Management.
- Competencies:
- Expert in managing Service Integration and Management (SIAM) frameworks to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of IT services from multiple providers.
- Deep knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles, such as ITIL, to oversee integration processes and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Extensive expertise in managing and planning the resources of high-performing teams contracts and stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experienced in fostering collaboration among internal teams and external service providers to achieve alignment with business objectives.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Portugal) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 58 400 euros to 73 000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
