About the role
Our RPA team is integrated in the Digital Technology department and focuses on delivering and maintaining automations.
As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work on enhancing the quality of our service, following up on deliverables of our service provider and supporting the senior business Analysts. You will get the opportunity to contribute to increasing the level of delivered service and have a positive impact on the interaction with our clients.
You will be accountable for:
- Perform quality checks on maintenance request
- Build and keep a coherent and update database of maintenance requests
- Work with the team to analyze and assess automation feasibility by participating in meetings with customers to understand the activity
- Assist in the preparation of RPA documentation (such as Business Blueprint, Userguides and automation KPIs) following the RPA methodology and standards
We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Management and Engineering.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal’s base pay expected for this role ranges from 950 EUR to 1050 EUR, depending on your academic degree. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes lunch allowance, home office allowance and discounts with partner companies.
