About the role
Our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the Digital Technology department and focuses on delivering and maintaining automations in collaboration with our internal clients and service providers.
As an RPA Business Analyst Trainee, you will work on enhancing the quality of our service, following up on deliverables from our service provider, supporting the senior business Analysts and preparing key communications to our stakeholders. You will get the opportunity to contribute to increase the level of delivered service and have a positive impact on the interaction with our clients. You will be accountable for:

Perform quality checks on maintenance request

Build and keep a coherent and update database of maintenance requests

Work with the team to analyze and assess automation feasibility by participating in meetings with customers to understand the activity

Assist in the preparation of RPA documentation (such as Business Blueprint, Userguides and automation KPIs) following the RPA methodology and standards
We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Management and Engineering.
Competencies:

Experience in RPA is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships

Fluent English

Nice to have skills: SAP knowledge; Knowledge on Agile methodology

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined according to academic background. The Internship Allowance for this role is € 940 - € 1040 per month in Portugal.
