About the role
- Our Development & Data Factory team is integrated in the Digital Technology (DT) department.
- As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will ensure the organization’s robustness and stability by executing testing, validation, and quality assurance processes to meet quality standards.
- You will be accountable for:
- Designing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through to resolution.
- Collaborating with the Development & Data Factory CoE, Infrastructure CoE as well as Digital Enablement Teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Conducting functional, integration, and regression testing for new and existing systems.
- Collaborating with business / functional users to design and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Implementing automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Monitoring testing metrics and generating reports to provide insights on software quality.
- Assisting in the development of quality assurance standards and best practices.
- We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Relevant work experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Competencies:
- Expert in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, including manual, automated, functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Extensive expertise in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or Postman to validate application functionality and performance.
- Advanced proficiency in creating and managing test cases, defect logs, and reporting metrics to track quality assurance outcomes.
- Experienced in collaborating with development teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects effectively.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Portugal) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 38 960 euros to 48 700 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
