About the role

 

As a Procurement Performance Manager, you will support the development and implementation of the Procurement performance strategy across Source to Contract and Procure to Pay processes. You will contribute to operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement through performance monitoring, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll be accountable for:

  • Performance management: Support the deployment of the End-to-End Procurement performance strategy; monitor KPIs and ensure consistency, progress, and alignment with target; identify performance gaps and support action planning; develop forecasting models and enhance spend transparency; contribute to the annual budget monitoring process
  • Compliance and Control: Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements; identify improvement areas and contribute to continuous improvement plans; manage internal controls and address policy deviations
  • Payment and Treasury Oversight: Monitor payment compliance and prevent cash leakage and act as key contact for Treasury on payment-related policies and improvements
  • Knowledge and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Procurement tools, processes, and accounting standards and ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc & specific projects: Provide performance-related analysis to internal stakeholders and Act as a senior internal consultant on Procurement Excellence topics

 

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode (2 days per week onsite). 

 

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering. Relevant work experience of 6+ years in procurement or finance domains. Accounting background is a plus.

 

Competencies:

  • Fluency in English
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement / management
  • SAP experience in the Procurement domain and knowledgeable in dashboarding tools

About the Pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

  • 48,400 EUR to 60,500 EUR per year in Portugal


Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
