About the role
Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Digital Technology Security and Center of Expertise and focuses on design, implement and support the Identity and Access Management technologies and processes to secure and provide the right accesses to the right people at the right time with the best user experience, in collaboration with Digital Technology department.
As a PAM Service Owner, you will be responsible for managing, operating, and continuously improving the PAM service, including privileged account management, password vaulting, session monitoring, and secrets management.
You will play a key role in protecting critical assets, enforcing least‑privilege principles, and supporting the Group’s security, compliance, and audit requirements. You will be accountable for:
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for PAM service issues, coordinating incidents, problems, and change management activities with stakeholders and service partners
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design, evolve, and maintain the PAM service architecture, integrations, and processes
- Contribute to the PAM roadmap, support implementation projects, and ensure effective capacity and demand management
- Promote PAM with best practices, procedures, and security standards across the organization
- Define, document, and continuously improve PAM processes, roles, and responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with service partners, operational teams, and customers to ensure effective service delivery
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology. Relevant work experience with minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management. Proven experience operating PAM services in a complex enterprise environment.
Competencies:
- Strong experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk (preferred), BeyondTrust, Delinea, Wallix, or equivalent solutions
- Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management, IAM principles, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust concepts
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, authentication mechanisms, and infrastructure dependencies
- Ability to troubleshoot PAM, authentication, connectivity, and secure access issues in complex enterprise environments
- Knowledge of security best practices, scripting, and automation technologies (e.g., PowerShell).

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The annual base pay expected for this role is € 39,440 to € 54,450 per year in Portugal.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
