About the role

• The Order-to-Cash Project Specialist is part of the Order-to-Cash team. They support Customer Service teams & Sales to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.
• As an Order-to-Cash Project Specialist, you will work on cross-functional projects, tool implementation, and providing backup support to colleagues. You will contribute to customer service transformation and process optimization.
• You will be accountable for:
  • Contributing to the definition and implementation of the Lead to cash project in the frame of new ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) transformation.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects.
  • Supporting the implementation of new tools and processes.
  • Providing backup support.
  • Mastering and supporting various processes including Customer Operations & Order Management, and Data, Pricing & Trade Compliance.
  • Ensuring risk management and policy compliance.
• We offer a fixed term contract (12 months) based on hybrid working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in International Business, Supply Chain or related areas.
• 4+ years experience in customer service, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Competencies:
  • Project Management skills
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Emerging Technologies (AI, RPA, analytics).
  • SAP experience highly preferred
  • English proficiency needed, any additional language is a plus

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is 32,480 euros to 44,500 euros (annual base salary), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
