About the role

The Customer Data Management Specialist will join the Order to Cash team and focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer information to support sales and operational processes in collaboration with sales and customer service.

As a Customer Data Management Specialist, you will work on customer master data management, sales order support, and data integrity & continuous improvement to support smooth customer interactions and efficient operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and have a positive impact on data quality and process efficiency.

You will be accountable for:
-
Creation and maintenance of customer records in the ERP system.

Processing updates and changes to customer information.

Performing data quality checks and reconciliations.

Identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

Contributing to the definition and implementation of the Lead to cash project in the frame of new ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) transformation.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent qualification in Information Management, Data Analysis, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, data management or supply chain roles.

About the pay and benefits
-
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Portugal) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 21.000 euros to 28.000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
