About the role

Our Order-to-Invoice Service Owner will join the Order-to-Cash (OtC) team, focusing on optimizing Order-to-Invoice processes through continuous improvement, operational excellence, and project management. This role is crucial for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with Customer Service teams and other departments, including supporting our Spark project.

 

As an Order-to-Invoice Service Owner, you will work on developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), building dashboards to optimize productivity, and leading reporting and follow-up activities. You will support data-driven decision-making and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will get the opportunity to significantly impact operational efficiency and customer loyalty and have a positive impact on our reputation and business performance. You will be accountable for:

  • KPI Definition & Monitoring: Collaborate with the team to define, implement, and continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all Order-to-Invoice processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement & Project Management: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the OtC cycle, including supporting the Spark project.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Credit, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow, address performance gaps, and drive system enhancements.
  • Follow-up & Implementation: Track the impact of implemented improvements, ensure adherence to new processes, and provide ongoing support to foster successful adoption.
  • Single point of contact for internal and external audit: Serve as the primary liaison for all internal and external audit activities related to Order-to-Invoice processes, ensuring timely provision of requested documentation, explanations, and support to facilitate smooth and effective audits.

 

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.

 

About you

You should have a relevant education degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, International Business, Project Management, or a related field. You will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, performance analysis, or a leadership role within an international OtC or supply chain environment.

 

Competencies:

  • KPI Development & Management skills
  • Order-to-Invoice process understanding is required
  • English proficiency required
  • Project Management methodologies knowledge (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Agile) is a plus

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 35,600 - € 48,700 per year in Portugal.

 

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
