Order-to-Cash Data Management Trainee (F/M/X)

About the role

Our Order-to-Cash (OtC) Customer Data Management team, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the OtC department and focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer information to support sales and operational processes in collaboration with sales and customer service.

As an OtC Customer Data Management Trainee, you will work on customer master data management, sales order support, and data integrity & continuous improvement to support smooth customer interactions and efficient operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and have a positive impact on data quality and process efficiency. You will be accountable for:

• Creation and maintenance of customer records in the ERP system.
• Processing updates and changes to customer information.
• Performing data quality checks and reconciliations.
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
• Forecast, Pricing and sample management.
• Contributing to the definition and implementation of the Lead to cash project in the frame of new ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) transformation.

We offer an internship contract (12 months) based on a hybrid working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent qualification in Information Management, Data Analysis, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

While no prior professional experience is required, a previous academic project in a corporate environment is a plus.

Competencies:

• English proficiency is required; any additional language is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of the Order-to-Cash / Supply Chain process
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined according to academic background. The Internship Allowance for this role is € 940 - € 1040 per month in Portugal.
