About the role
Our Legal Projects, Operations and Centers of Excellence team is integrated in the General Counsel (GC) department and focuses on developing strategic solutions and improving processes in collaboration with diverse stakeholders within and outside the GC Function.
As a Legal Operation Officer, you will work on standardizing legal workflows, managing group projects and driving digitalization to support the efficiency of the GC Function. You will get the opportunity to contribute to innovation and agile transformations and have a positive impact on the creation of solutions that enhance everyday life. You will be accountable for:

Assisting in developing strategic solutions and improving processes for the GC Function.

Standardizing, organizing, and optimizing legal workflows (contract management, litigation, etc.).

Creating cost and time efficiencies across different legal areas.

Supporting the project management of Group Projects.

Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs to align initiatives with legal objectives.
We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About you
Master degree or equivalent in Law, Business, or Technology. Relevant work experience in legal operations (minimum 5+ years) or optimizing in-house legal workflows.

- Mastery of digital technologies combined with the ability to monitor and report performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effective management of complex projects, including budget and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in the English language.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:
- R$ 120.000 - R$ 150.000 per year in Brasil
- € 32.480 - € 40.600 per year in Portugal
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
