About the Program
Syensqo is launching a Global Business Services (GBS) Internship Program within our Credit Service Line, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to and shape Syensqo's global operations. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the area. This program will be hosted across two service centers: Lisbon and Curitiba.
Join us in a dynamic, multicultural environment, where you’ll have the chance to develop essential finance skills and play an active role in Syensqo’s transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
During your internship, you may support one or more of the following areas:

• Cash Collection & Accounts Receivable: Assist in managing customer portfolios, performing cash collection services, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate account records in compliance with company policies.
• Credit Analysis: Support in evaluating customer creditworthiness, defining credit strategies, and mitigating credit risks while aligning with business objectives and Group Credit Policy.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Knowledge & Skills:
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Financial Analysis and ratios
  • Basic Accounting
  • Understanding of ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
  • Persistence and Negotiation 
  • Communication & Team Work
  • Proactivity
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (required). Additional languages are a plus.
