About the role

• Our Finance Dashboarding & Analytics team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Controlling department and focuses on financial analysis, reporting, and data visualization in collaboration with Global Business Units.
• As a Finance and Analytics Trainee, you will work on analyzing financial data, creating reports and developing dashboards to enhance business performance. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transition to Visualization tools and have a positive impact on Solvay Finance Dashboarding.
• You will be accountable for:
  • Assist in financial reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Work with Power BI and other tools to create dashboards and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.
  • Help optimize financial processes and reporting automation.
• We offer a 12 months Internship contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance or Economics.
• Competencies:
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Relevant interest in financial analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
• Behaviors:

  • Attention to detail.

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay range for this role is 940 EUR up to 1040 EUR a month, based on your academic background.
