About the role
- Our Talent & Culture team, composed of 9 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department and focuses on defining the strategy of talent acquisition in collaboration with Talent Management, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Learning and Wellbeing teams.
- As an Employer Branding Trainee, you will work on nurturing talent engagement and community growth, enhancing digital employer presence,creating and amplifying employer brand content. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the strategy and implementation of those initiatives and have a positive impact on the visibility and reputation of Solvay towards potential candidates.
- You will be accountable for:
- Developing and managing our Talent Community to keep potential candidates engaged;
- Monitoring and enhancing Solvay's online employer reputation through dashboard maintenance and results follow-up;
- Creating compelling content on various job boards and social media channels;
- Supporting the creation of dynamic social media campaigns, including content shooting and employee testimonials, in coordination with the corporate communication;
- Contributing to the revamp of Solvay's content pages.
- We offer a 12 months internship (6 months x2) contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, Design or any similar areas.
- Competencies:

- Basic data and content tool literacy
- Fluency in English

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal’s base pay for this role is 940 EUR up to 1040 EUR monthly, based on your academic background.
