Job Overview
- ERP Rebuild program is a critical Syensqo initiative that will change the way we all work.
- It aims to deliver to Syensqo a set of simple, standard, and integrated business processes and data, enabled by the latest technologies and a robust organizational change management and training.
- The program will use the latest available technology, from automation to machine learning, with the goal of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and make Syensqo “future ready”.
- It will also provide real time reporting to enable quick and informed decision making, for which data quality and robust and seamless integration are vital.
- The ERP Rebuild program offers a few opportunities for anyone who joins: (1) become future and digital ready, (2) be part of a forward-thinking team and (3) continue to play an important role within Syensqo as part of the management team once the program ends.
- The GBS CM Lead is a critical role, a member and contributor of/to of the OCM team, reporting into the Business OCM Lead and Syensqo Line Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contibute to the OCM team activities and deliverables in accordance with Syensqo's code of conduct and program principles: standardization, simplification, process discipline, manage scope, effective change management, program governance and future proof solution.
- Report the progress in the weekly team meetings. Raises timely risks and issues.
- Responsible for the OCM deliverables by contributing through timely fedback and input to :
- Change management and impact assessment w/shops
- Change and training detailed design
- Engagement and communication plan
- Overall organizational change management plan
- Change management network set up (ambassadors and change agents)
- Impact assessment per job, global and local
- Change "Tool Box"
- Change Tracker
- Training material and Learning plan
- Go live change management check list
- Engage the business to ensure :
- the defined business processes are well understood by the business
- their solution understanding and readiness for Go live
- timely sign off for all relevant deliverables
- Engage 3rd parties, i.e. vendors, to ensure their understanding of the ERP Rebuild program and timeline and their readiness to support it.
- Responsible for the Mocks planning and execution.
- Contribute towards the deployment roadmap, cutover rehearsals and Go live definition and execution
- Work with the other Functional and data leads to ensure the CM deliverables are aligned with the rest of deliverables for a seamless end to end process definition and execution.
You will bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous change management experience in medium to large projects.
- Known as someone always wanting to improve the status quo.
- Worked previously in the different functions or global role.
- Good knowledge of the current GBs ways of working and culture.
- Fluent level of English
- SAP knowledge is a plus
