About the role

Our End-User Services team is integrated in the Digital Technology (DT) department.
-
As a DT Site Manager, you will ensure the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of support for sites in the Iberian region by being the bridge between the global IT teams and the employees on site.

You will be accountable for:
-
Leading and building a team of Site Support Engineers for a portfolio of sites within a region
-
Managing the hands-on, on-site IT operations and services to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
-
Leading the technical resolution of on-site technical issues, incidents, and service requests.
-
Managing and supporting end-users with technical assistance and training on IT tools and systems
-
Coordinating and collaboration with regional and global IT teams to provide implementations activities for IT projects and initiatives
-
Ensuring local compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with business leaders to identify and address site-specific IT needs.
-
Coordinating the implementation of global and regional IT initiatives at the site level.
-
Monitoring the performance of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Managing vendor relationships and contracts for site-specific IT services.
-
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning for site IT systems.

Managing the demand of Site Support across DT projects, including right-sizing of the organization, and engaging external service providers to meet short-term needs.

About you
-
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

Relevant work experience in IT Site Management, IT Operations, or IT Service Delivery.

Competencies:

Expert in managing IT operations and digital technology services at a site level to ensure reliable and efficient support for local business functions.

Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices, to oversee and optimize site-level technology services.

Extensive expertise in collaborating with global IT teams and other stakeholders to align site-specific digital technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
-
Expert at managing people and planning the respective resources in the context of organisational facilitation.
-
Advanced proficiency in managing service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.

Experienced in ITIL processes, as well as identifying and resolving site-specific IT issues to minimize downtime and enhance user productivity.

Proficient in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect site-level IT systems and data.

About the pay and benefits
-
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is €38 960 to €58 400, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
