About the role

  • Our Coatis EMEA team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the supply chain department and focuses on importation of goods and sales deliveries in collaboration with the plants based in Brazil.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will work on business continuity, sales back-office process and logistics to support our supply chain and sales team. You will get the opportunity to contribute to reinforce the customer relationship and have a positive impact on Solvay market position.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Manage the order-to-delivery cycle: Process orders, monitor deliveries, and handle invoicing in collaboration with Account Managers and the Supply Chain team.
    • Maintain customer and product data: Ensure accuracy of customer and master data within the SAP system.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints: Manage customer complaints and respond to requests for samples, as well as quality and regulatory questions via SFDC (CRM).
    • Coordinate logistics and inventory: Check product availability with the EMEA Supply Chain and negotiate delivery adjustments with customers when delays occur.
    • Support ongoing projects: Participate in global Solvay projects that affect back office operations.
    • Liaise with stakeholders: Serve as a key interface between internal teams (Account Managers, Supply Chain, Procurement) and external partners (warehouses, carriers).
  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in International market or Supply chain.
  • Relevant work experience in customer service or front / back office.
  • Competencies:
    • English and Portuguese fluency is mandatary. French would be a plus.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
    • Knowledge of working in an international environment

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is 21,000 EUR (annual base) to 23,000 EUR (annual base), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
