We are looking for:
- A trainee to process day-to-day activities and provide administrative support to the Customer Service NAM team
We count on you to:
- Manage effective and accurate order entry, invoicing and needed follow-ups
- Register Customer complaint and follow-up
- Run and distribute various CS reports
- Provide support with different administrative tasks to the CS team
- Act pro-actively to identify process and system improvements
You will bring:
- Fluent English
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)
- Ability to work in a fast moving, business intense environment, at high accuracy and speed
- Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus

- Hybrid working model (up to 3 times per week from home)
