About the role

Our Credit Risk Management team, composed of 16 people located in Portugal, Brazil and Thailand, is integrated in the Credit Management Service Line department and focuses on risk mitigation in collaboration with different areas of the company.

 

As a Credit Risk Management Trainee, you will work on risk mitigation of our customers. You will get the opportunity to contribute to different business areas and departments of the company and have a positive impact on the interaction with our clients. You will be accountable for:

  • Analysing financial information of new and active customers and making recommendations based on this.
  • Manage sales orders blocked and determine the next course of action.
  • Support complex collection cases.
  • Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.

 

We offer an internship (12 months) contract based ona  hybrid working mode.

 

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.

 

Competencies:

  • Ability to analyze financial information (Profit and loss statements, Cash flow, Balance sheet, Annual reports).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent English (with strong written and oral communication skills).

 

Behaviors:

  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Team player withthe  ability to solve problems collaboratively.

 

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The internship allowance expected for this role is € 940 - € 1,040 per month in Portugal, depending on your academic degree.
