About the role

Our Transformation & Projects team, composed of 10 people, is integrated in the Transformation Office department and focuses on shaping the company’s renewed identity, while driving engagement and building capabilities.

Solvay is entering a new phase of strategic transformation, focused on industrial excellence and digital integration, and as a Communication and Learning Web Content Intern, you will work on creating and delivering learning and communication initiatives that bring our transformation to life across the organization, focusing on industrial excellence and digital integration. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the company’s development and have a positive impact across the organization. You will be accountable for:

  • Co-create impactful web-based training content in partnership with subject matter experts, under the guidance of the STAR Operations Academy leader and the Learning & Development team.
  • Design and execute communication and engagement strategies that align with our transformation goals and resonate with diverse internal audiences.
  • Produce compelling communication materials (e.g. newsletters, intranet articles, chat posts, and campaign assets) to drive awareness, alignment, and enthusiasm across the organization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication efforts by collaborating closely with Group Communication, ERP, Digital Technologies, Change Management, and Engagement initiatives to ensure consistency and coherence.

We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Communication, Web Design or Digital Content. 

Competencies:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and can confidently engage with global teams across different functions and levels.
  • Strong sense of visual and user experience, with a good eye for digital layout and design rooted in UI/UX principles.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for communication and training purposes.

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

  • €940 - €1040 per month in Portugal

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a benefits package, such as lunch allowance, home office allowance, day-off on your birthday, training platform for all employees and discounts on restaurants, hotels and other services.
