Cash Collections Trainee (F/M/X)

About the role

Our Cash Collection team, composed of 7 people, is integrated in the Credit Management Service Line and focuses on the analysis and control of customer’s accounts in collaboration with different departments and stakeholders.

You will work on the Cash Collections process, managing a portfolio of customers from different markets in EMEA.

You will be accountable for:

• Analyzing customers’ accounts and identify their payment behavior;
• Understand the terms: payment terms, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), dispute and others related to Collections routine;
• Contacting customers via different channels;
• Work with the customers to reduce the payment cycle and to ensure they respect the payment terms agreed, also with the different stakeholders (Business Units, Credit teams and others);
• Identify the reasons blocking the payment and ensure their resolution to enable the prompt payment.

We offer a 12 months Internship contract based on hybrid working mode.

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance or Credit.

Competencies:

• Fluent in English
• Italian fluency is a preference. German, French or Spanish languages are a plus.
• Google and/or Microsoft tools

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

• 940€ - 1040€ per month in Portugal, depending on your academic degree.
