About the role

  • Our End-User Services team is integrated in the Digital Technology (DT) department.
  • As an Access Management Manager, you will ensure the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of the organization’s access management practices by leading the development and enforcement of access control policies, managing identity governance, and ensuring compliance.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Leading and mentoring Access Management Analysts.
    • Overseeing the administration of access control systems, including user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
    • Collaborating with the cyber security team to develop, maintain access management policies and standards in alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for identity and access management (IAM) and managing IAM tools and technologies (e.g., EntraID, Active Directory, SailPoint) to streamline operations.
    • Collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to define and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
    • Training and mentoring team members to enhance skills and performance in access management.
    • Managing the demand of Access Management across the DT portfolio, including right-sizing of the organization, and engaging external service providers to meet short-term needs.
    • Ensuring thorough risk management within Solvay's framework, auditability of operations through documentation, and compliance with applicable policies.
  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a comparable field.
  • Relevant work experience in Access Management Leadership or Identity Governance.
  • Competencies:
    • Expert in leading the development and implementation of identity and access management (IAM) strategies to ensure secure and efficient user access across the organization.
    • Deep knowledge of access management frameworks, such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and zero-trust architectures.
    • Advanced proficiency in conducting and overseeing regular access audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
    • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align access management strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.
    • Proficient in handling contracts, suppliers and overall stakeholders while providing internal customer service support.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Portugal) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 46.720 euros to 58.400 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
