Sales Manager (F/M/X)

About the role

• Our Strategic Channel Partner Poland team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the commercial department and focuses on sales in collaboration with Solvay Global Business Units.
• As a Sales Manager, you will work on development of sales, giving input to creating the strategy, follow up of the defined targets, and support selected Global Business Units. You will get the opportunity to contribute to commercial activities and have a positive impact on the Global Business Units profit.
• You will be accountable for:
  • Sales in the area (Poland, Greece, Serbia,Slovenia).
  • Development of relations with current customers and creating new opportunities. 
  • Sales budget preparation.
  • Sales budget realization.
  • Gathering market information.
  • Guidance to customer service.
• We offer a permanent contract based on remote/ travel working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in chemistry or engineering (background in economy will be an asset).
• Relevant work experience in sales of essential chemicals.
• Experience in the area of sales development in the international market.
• Competencies:
  • Fluent English (knowledge of the languages of operational area will be the asset)
  • Good negotiations and interpersonal skills

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country Poland base annual gross pay reasonably expected for this role is around 205.000PLN, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
